Start with your booking details
Contact WAZROONA with your request reference or ticket number, travel date and the change you need. A message asking to cancel is not proof that the supplier has cancelled the booking or approved a refund. Ask for confirmation of the outcome and any applicable charges. Statutory rights are not replaced by this guidance.
Kam Air
Kam Air directs agency customers to their travel agent for cancellations. Refund eligibility and penalties depend on the fare and circumstances; some discounted fares are non-refundable. Check the airline’s current rules for your ticket before agreeing to a change.
Ariana Afghan Airlines
Ask WAZROONA to obtain the cancellation and refund conditions for your specific Ariana ticket. We have not verified a general public passenger refund schedule, so no fixed fee, refund percentage or processing deadline is promised here.
Hotels, tours, packages and rental cars
Airline refund rules do not apply to these services. Ask for the selected supplier’s cancellation deadline, charges and refund conditions before confirming. For a package, different components may have different conditions. Cash or bank-transfer payment does not by itself determine refund eligibility.
