Requests and availability
A search result or request is not a guaranteed reservation. Catalog entries may require a quote for your dates. Review the final price, currency, baggage or inclusions and applicable conditions with the agency before authorizing payment or issuance.
Your travel details
Check names against travel documents and confirm dates, destinations and contact details. Tell the agency promptly if anything is incorrect. Ask which documents are needed for your specific itinerary; do not include sensitive documents or card information in general inquiry notes.
Payment and supplier conditions
Selecting cash or bank transfer does not make a payment. A payment report remains subject to verification. Airline, hotel and other supplier conditions differ by the selected fare or service. Ask for the applicable conditions and any agency charges in writing before proceeding.
